Delivery

We offer mainland UK delivery, normally within 5 working days of your order being place and payment being received. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday or over a weekend or public holiday will be worked on the following working day. Orders over £100 (incl. VAT) come with FREE mainland UK delivery. If you are not sure that your delivery address will be declared as mainland UK by our couriers we advise you to contact us first (the telephone number and email address are shown below) before ordering so we can check for you.

Every effort is made by us to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition, and that's why we have teamed up with TNT and InterLink Express. We reserve the right to deliver your order using any other reputable courier service or our own delivery vehicles.

When we begin processing orders a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail confirming product details.

All delivery times stated are in working days. The delivery period stated should be seen as a guide only and can not be viewed as the essence of any contract entered into with FDT Online Ltd.

We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the delivery of your product and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory.
